By accessing or using OnlyOption ("the Platform"), operated by OnlyOption Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.
OnlyOption provides AI-powered options trading analytics, market scanning, trade recommendations, portfolio tracking, and automated trading tools. The Platform is designed for informational and educational purposes. OnlyOption is not a registered broker-dealer, investment adviser, or financial planner.
The information provided on the Platform does not constitute investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or any other sort of advice. You should not treat any of the Platform's content as such. OnlyOption does not recommend that any financial instrument should be bought, sold, or held by you. Nothing on the Platform constitutes a solicitation, recommendation, endorsement, or offer by OnlyOption to buy or sell any securities or other financial instruments.
Options trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You could lose some or all of your invested capital. You should not invest money that you cannot afford to lose. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you understand these risks and accept full responsibility for your trading decisions.
The Autopilot feature provides automated trade execution based on algorithmic strategies. By enabling Autopilot, you acknowledge that: (a) automated trading carries additional risks including system failures, connectivity issues, and algorithmic errors; (b) you are solely responsible for monitoring and managing your positions; (c) OnlyOption is not liable for any losses resulting from automated trades; (d) the Kill Switch feature is provided as a safety mechanism but is not guaranteed to prevent all losses.
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Certain features of the Platform require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice.
All content, features, and functionality of the Platform, including but not limited to algorithms, scoring models, AI systems, text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by OnlyOption Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ONLYOPTION SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM; (B) ANY TRADES EXECUTED BASED ON PLATFORM RECOMMENDATIONS; (C) AUTOPILOT OR AUTOMATED TRADING FEATURES; (D) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO YOUR ACCOUNT.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OnlyOption Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
