Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials through our identity provider (Clerk).
Usage Data: We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Platform, including pages visited, features used, trade recommendations viewed, and Autopilot configuration.
Financial Data: If you connect a brokerage account, we access portfolio positions and trade history through your broker's API. We do not store your brokerage credentials — authentication is handled through OAuth.
Payment Information: Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers or bank account details on our servers.
We use your information to: (a) provide and maintain the Platform; (b) personalize trade recommendations and AI insights; (c) process subscription payments; (d) send transactional emails (trade alerts, account notifications); (e) improve our algorithms and scoring models; (f) comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with: (a) Service Providers — Clerk (authentication), Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting), Resend (email); (b) Broker APIs — only when you explicitly connect your brokerage account; (c) Legal Requirements — when required by law, subpoena, or legal process.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS 1.3), encrypted data at rest, secure authentication (Clerk), and regular security audits. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Trade history and journal entries are retained for the duration of your subscription. Upon account deletion, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use analytics tools (PostHog) to understand Platform usage. You can disable non-essential cookies through your browser settings.
The Platform is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on the Platform and updating the "Last updated" date.
